What you're getting

The Offline Arrival Plan

One of my clients landed in a new country with no phone service and a phone that wouldn't load. She made it to her hotel without spiraling, because before she boarded, she had one note saved that covered everything she needed.

The template covers:

  • Lodging name, full address, phone number, confirmation
  • Entry details: door codes, host contact, backup instructions
  • Offline map screenshots: route, building exterior, entrance
  • WiFi details and reservation screenshots saved locally

That's it. Copy it into your Notes app before you fly. Everything you need is in one place, no internet required.

It's free. It's practical. And it works.

One more thing before you board

The map zoom trick.

Before boarding, open your map and zoom all the way in on your building. See what's next door: a pharmacy, a café, a bank.

You probably won't need any of it. But when everything feels unfamiliar, one small anchor helps more than you'd expect. Familiarity reduces the cognitive load of arrival day. It doesn't take the discomfort away. It just makes it smaller.

If you want more

The Offline Arrival Plan is the first step. There's more where that came from.

The plan handles arrival day. The Pre-Trip Stabilizer workbook handles the whole booking-to-arrival stretch: the spiral, the logistics, the first 24 hours, the "should I cancel?" moment.

If you're close to departure and already destabilizing, the Pre-Departure Reset session gets you to a clear plan faster than anything else.
